Getting Started
COMPANY PROVIDED BASIC LIFE AND AD&D
As an eligible teammate, you receive Basic Life and AD&D insurance equal to one times your base annual salary up to $15,000.
NAMING YOUR BENEFICIARIES
Your beneficiaries are the people or institutions you name to receive your Life and AD&D benefits in the event of your death. It is important that you keep up-to-date beneficiary information on file with the Human Resources department.
